The townhouse is clean, with a small private garden and well-equipped kitchen. It has off-road parking for two cars and a good Wi-Fi connection. The location in Seaton is ideal, with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, and excellent coastal walks nearby. Entry was allowed an hour early, and the gift pack of coffee was a thoughtful touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious townhouse. It was well equipped, allowing us to have private time when needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront. The cleanliness of the accommodation was impressive, making us feel comfortable and at ease. The key collection arrangements were simple and hassle-free. The small private garden area with seating and BBQ facilities was a great addition. Wi-fi worked well and there was off-road parking for our cars.

Had an amazing time at this townhouse in Devon. Super close to the beach, just a quick 3-4 minute walk. The house was spotless when we arrived and the key collection was easy. Loved the small private back garden with seating and BBQ facilities. And the separate kitchen on the ground floor was so convenient. The kitchen had great appliances and plenty of dishes. Lots of nearby supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. And the coastal walks were fantastic. Also, loved the off-road parking for two cars and the reliable Wi-Fi.
There wasn't enough on-site parking and we found used bed linen from previous guests in our wardrobe. However, the issue was quickly resolved as we found spare bags in another room.
